Biowise – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Vasai LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, governing the use of the Biowise mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using Biowise, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
1.1. Vasai LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Biowise App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices you own or control.
1.2. Commercial use, redistribution, reverse engineering, or sublicensing of the App is strictly prohibited.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
2.1. The App, including all content, AI-generated plans, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Vasai LTD or its licensors.
2.2. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
2.3. AI-generated diet plans, recommendations, and data remain the property of Vasai LTD and are provided for your personal use only.
2.4. You may not sell, redistribute, or use any generated content for commercial purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, including your health and personal data.
3.2. Entering false or misleading health data is at your own risk.
3.3. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
– Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
– Using automated tools or bots to interact with the App
– Violating any applicable laws or this EULA
4. Account Actions and Termination
4.1. Vasai LTD may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if:
– You violate this EULA
– You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
4.2. We may also cancel your active subscription without refund if your account is terminated for misuse.
4.3. You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
5. Health Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Biowise is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
5.2. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise, or health plan.
5.3. Vasai LTD makes no guarantees regarding weight loss, health improvements, or fitness results.
5.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vasai LTD is not liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Health issues resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
– App downtime, technical errors, or data loss
6. Data Privacy
6.1. Biowise collects and processes personal and health-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.vasai.co.uk).
6.2. By using the App, you consent to the processing and storage of your data, including transfers to the UK and EU cloud infrastructure.
6.3. Data deletion requests are handled according to our Account Deletion and Data Deletion Policies.
7. Global Use and Compliance
7.1. This App is operated from the United Kingdom but is accessible worldwide.
7.2. If you access the App outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your country.
7.3. By using Biowise globally, you agree that all disputes will be governed by UK law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts, unless local laws require otherwise for consumer protection.
9. Changes to this EULA
9.1. Vasai LTD may update this EULA at any time.
9.2. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
9.3. Continued use of Biowise after changes constitutes acceptance of the new EULA.
