Biowise is a mobile health and wellness application operated by Vasai LTD, registered in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency and care.

• Medical conditions or goals for AI-generated diet recommendations

We do not currently use your information for marketing purposes, but we may in the future. If we do, we will ask for your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is securely stored in cloud infrastructure provided by AWS and Google within the European Union. We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal and health data will be permanently erased within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or financial reasons (e.g., invoices).
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. However, we rely on third-party processors such as Firebase and GTM for essential functions like authentication, analytics, and error tracking.
These providers act on our behalf and comply with strict data protection agreements.
5. Children’s Privacy
Biowise is intended for users aged 13 and above. During onboarding, users are asked to provide their age, and accounts for users under 13 will not be created. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use tracking technologies such as Firebase Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how users interact with the app and to improve our services. These tools may collect anonymized data such as device type, usage frequency, and screen behavior.
